These Terms govern your use of Lexicon, a team messaging and collaboration app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign‑in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use Lexicon.
You agree not to use Lexicon to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware or spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data, or harass others. You are responsible for the content you post and share.
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Lexicon the permissions needed to store, display, and process your content to operate the service for you and the people you share it with (including generating AI summaries and, if you connect it, syncing events to your calendar).
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Lexicon to create events you request and read your free/busy information to suggest meeting times, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from your profile.
Lexicon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexicon and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Lexicon at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
